Some sixty photos retrace the contemporary history of Ukraine. Orange Revolution, Euromaidan, Donbass, Crimea, and today’s Russian invasion, Guillaume Herbaut paints the portrait of a people fighting for their freedom.
Since 24 February 2022, Ukraine has been facing the onslaught of the Russian army. This is the worst armed conflict that Europe has seen since 1945; a war on a massive scale with heavy human, material, economic, environmental and geopolitical consequences that go far beyond the borders of Ukraine and mark a turning point for Europe and the world.
