This work, carried out in collaboration with disabled people, goes beyond the conventional compassionate gaze and gratuitous voyeurism.
The photographer does not ignore the difference created by disability, but makes it visible. Sometimes it’s obvious, at other times it seems minimal. It gives way to the affirmation of a mental universe, particularly noticeable in the stagings where the direction of the actors is supported by the spontaneity, even eccentricity, of the models who construct dreamlike situations with their environment.
