Harbor City, Los Angeles
Around unique and non-reproducible prints made with an old photographic process, Guillaume Zuili invites the public to discover the surroundings of his city, Los Angeles.
Guillaume Zuili is particularly interested in the neighborhoods of Harbor City and Wilmington, which are intimately linked to the region’s port activities, as well as the refineries, container storage areas, truck parking lots, freight trains, railroads and power plants. He also looks at Route 47 and its exceptional view of the hustle and bustle of the port, as well as the oldest part of the Port of San Pedro, which now hosts film shoots.
