I manage to reach Mrs Ferreira, who agrees and tells me that Mrs Catherine Bruel’s home help will come by tomorrow at 11 a.m.
I go down to Thièzac immediately.
In spite of my chains the car slips and crashes into the snow-covered ditch.
As I’m not far from Lagat, I go there to ask for help.
