Belgian Competitions, 1985
From the documentary photography, Michel Vanden Eeckhoudt was led to collaborate widely with the press and very early on he began his personal work with ensembles dedicated to the “Belgian Competitions”.
Each photograph in this series shows a scene from these competitions: from the hairdressing competition to the dog show. This series was also the subject of a special edition printed in 700 copies.
