Ballet – Opéra Garnier 2014
JR proposes a unique photo series of the corps de ballet dancers from Opéra de Paris, on the roof of the Paris Opera house. This photo series began after JR’s encounter with the dancers on his film set Les Bosquets. The series illustrates variations of the eponymous ballet composed at the NYC Ballet, with unseen choreographic sequences captured on the roof of the Paris Opera House.
