Gallery VU’ presents a group show bringing together artworks reflecting on the artists’ current projects.
A selection of photographs from Nolwenn Brod’s new series will be presented in preview. Les hautes solitudes, result of a residency at Les Champs Libres, will soon be unveiled at the Musée de Bretagne in Rennes, France.
While the Pavillon Populaire in Montpellier, France, will present – from October 29, 2022 to January 15, 2023 – some of his works as part of the exhibition Métamorphose. La photographie en France, 1968-1989 curated by Michel Poivert, we share vintage prints of Yves Trémorin’s two series, La mort and Corps à corps, made when he was a member of the group Noir limite.
In the footsteps of Martin Bogren in New York City, we’ll reveal some exceptional prints, in black and white and in color, which accompany his new opus Metropolia to be published in November by EXB.
Israel Ariño delivers a set of beautiful silver prints from On nous a dit qu’il n’y a rien et nous sommes allés le chercher, a series made this year during a residency in Amiens, France.
Juanan Requena, who has just published a new book at Ediciones anomalas, each copy of which is unique, offers us a selection of his so subtle prints turned into coffee.
Magali Lambert, whose work will be part of a group exhibition at the Bibliothèque nationale de France in 2023, offers us her new series Predations, a collection of hybrid creatures, created by the meeting of prey and predators.
