Photographer Denis Darzacq meets young people and adults with disabilities from a variety of backgrounds (actors, athletes, dancers, etc.) and invites them to perform actions that are new to them in front of his camera. Through this series of portraits, Denis highlights social constraints and contradictions, allowing these models of a day to assert a different image of themselves. Act is a reflection on the identities we carry, an invitation to transcend those assigned to us and to regain a form of freedom.
