Between childhood and adulthood, adolescence unfolds its chiaroscuro. For twenty years, Claudine Doury has been probing the abyss of a season of life riddled with doubts, riddled with boredom, starry with sudden flare-ups. For the first time, she brings together a series of images made during her travels and her obsessions, from the Crimea where she immersed herself in Artek, a vacation camp for the tendrons of the Russian nomenklatura, to the Sologne where she observed the metamorphoses of her own daughter Sasha, passing through Saint Petersburg where she made the captivating portrait of young Russian men.
