It is usually said that taking care of oneself is a sign of respect towards other people. Seeing the prosperity of cosmetic companies, clothing industry or plastic surgery clinics, it seems like the rich have never shown more respect towards each other. Especially women. And yet, in their frantic desire to please \u2013 it is also about respecting themselves \u2013 some false notes occur sometimes. Wrinkles that no foundation can hide, an out of control bulge, invincible acne. Or simply an inappropriate outfit. Or an outrageous ostentation flirting with obscenity. Or an expression showing anything but respect\u2026Without any contempt, Steeve Iuncker tracks down these mistakes multiplied by our customs. Wherever he goes \u2013 Cannes, New York, Geneva, or even Tirana -, he witnesses the birth of these paradoxes, playing with beauty and its quest. He sort of became the reporter without borders of our relationship with appearances.
