Sky Arte’s series Le fotografe<\/em> is a journey into the imagination of eight Italian women photographers and their research into themes rooted in the female sphere.<\/div>\n

The protagonist of the inaugural episode is Guia Besana, whose poetics originate from what she herself defines as “a personal issue”, namely the transition from reportage photography to fiction photography. Guia Besana evokes some typical or problematic situations that contemporary women are forced to face, drawing on her own experience and using a lucid gaze on the present.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
